Batching Systems with Air-actuated Valves

Air-actuated valves provide fast actuation without sacrificing flow rate. They are especially well-suited for larger line sizes. We offer batching systems with a variety of air-driven valves.

In order to use an air actuated valve, a reliable source of 60 or 80 psi compressed air is needed. Since batching applications are not typically high-cycle, they will not consume a lot of air, therefore, a modest sized compressor will often do the trick.
