    • Batching Systems with Ball Valves

    Complete batching systems with ball valves. All of the categories listed below include complete systems with an ABC-2020 batch controller, a meter, and a ball valve. Ball valves are full port therefore they do not restrict flow like solenoid valves do. They are recommended for dispensing large batches. These electric ball valves take 3 to 9 seconds to close completely, therefore, we recommend NOT exceeding 1 pulse every 5 seconds (see pulse rate chart).

    If you need full port flow and a fast closing time, choose an air-actuated ball valve. (80 psi air supply required)
