Create a complete batching system above that includes the ABC-2020 Automatic Batch Controller, a mechanical water meter, and an air actuated ball valve.
Using an air operated ball valve provides the best of both worlds:
- Full port for unrestricted flow
- Fast open and close
Valve Types
All valves available here are full port ball valves with NPT connections. P2 series PVC valves also include glue socket connections.

All valves included in these systems are actuated with an industrial dual scotch yoke spring return pneumatic actuator that is actuated by a 12VDC air solenoid valve with 80 PSI supply air. When the controller energizes the solenoid, the actuator opens the valve. When it is de-energized, the air vents from the actuator and springs inside the actuator are used to close the valve. This also provides a "fail-safe" position, so in the event of power loss, the valve will close.
