Returns and Cancellations

Thank you for shopping at Flows.com.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of the date of purchase for a full refund (this does not include original or return shipping expenses). A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Unused Products

To be eligible for a return for Unused products, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased and returned within 60 days from the purchase date
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • The product is in good and resale-able condition
  • The product is under current warranty
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Orders returned without adequate protective packaging will not be accepted for return. Note that breaking the meter seal, on any of our meter models, voids their warranty and they will not be accepted for return.

Large Quantity Returns

  • Large quantity returns are subject to prior approval
  • The product was purchased in the last 60 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • The product is under current warranty
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from us

Used Malfunctioning Products

  • The product is being used within its’ design specifications
  • The product is under current warranty (typically 1 year for defects)

Restocking Charges

  • There are no restocking fees for any Assured Automation products.
  • Kobold products are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Returns Procedure

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA), contact us:

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA document, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and sent to:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit. Return shipping costs are not covered by Flows.com and Flows.com is not responsible for any damages that occur during return shipping.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. 

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.

Payments / Refunds

Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection. Returned products will be verified to be in new and resalable condition in its original packaging before a refund will be given. The refund will be applied to the same payment method used. All credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

Flows.com generally does charge your card at time of order because most our orders ship the same day the order is placed. For orders that do not ship the same or the next day you can contact flows.com and ask for the charge be reversed until the order is shipped.  Some orders that require special purchasing in which the payment must be taken before the product is ordered (i.e. orders shipping directly from the factory or manufacturer to the customer). We reserve the right to charge the credit card and investigate any order that seems fraudulent in any way.

Cancellations

Flows.com strives to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department. There are no cancellation fees as long as the product has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. The customer will need to receive the item and follow the return policy.

Flows.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.
