3/4" Polymer BSPP nut and NPT Coupling with built in shut off valve (internals made of Stainless Steel)
This 3/4″ Coupling Valve functions as both a water shut-off valve and a meter coupling in one unit. Commonly called a service valve, it shuts off water before the meter, making installation, maintenance, or meter replacement straightforward. The integrated stainless-steel ball valve is built for durability and reliable operation, even after extended periods without use. Compared to metal valves, plastic options (made from glass-filled reinforced nylon) typically deliver superior performance and require little to no maintenance.
Measuring 2 1/2″ in length, this Coupling Valve can be paired with a 1 1/2″ long coupling. This enables one-to-one replacement of standard 2″ couplings and meters. For setups using 2 1/2″ in length couplings, it serves as a direct replacement. Its round handle design, unlike traditional levers, makes it easier to install in confined areas. With provisions for a future remote shut-off upgrade, the 3/4″ Coupling Valve is designed to adapt to evolving system needs.
