Economy Series Electronic Water Meters
If you've been looking for an inexpensive water meter that's easy to use and durable enough to provide years of use, you've found it! This water meter can be installed in line or at the end of a traditional garden hose. The electronic display provides data in large and easily read digits. It will provide a lifetime total as well as a resettable batch total (it DOES NOT give FLOW RATE. Look at the A1 or TM meters for Flow Rate and Totals). Additionally, this meter is light and easy to manipulate. Two AAA batteries are all that's needed for a year of use and are replaced very easily. This low cost meter is ideal for numerous applications. For residential purposes there are many 'hose water meter' options, however many sacrifice quality for price. You may need to buy several just to span the life of this high quality meter.

Used this meter to over 3500 gallons of water being loaded into concrete trucks on a large construction project. Worked very well overall. Was used on a 3/4" hard pipe with 33*F water.

Response from Flows.Com: Thank you for taking the time to rate this product. We're sorry to hear you had this issue with your meter. All of our meters are warrantied for at least a year. While we only sell meters that we know to be quality, durable products, occasionally there will be production flaws in a particular meter. Please contact us and we would be happy to replace the meter or refund your purchase (we would ask to have the meter sent back so that we can determine where the problem was).
Amaizing little flow meter. Works just as described.
I've looked around a lot for a meter to use on my garden hose. I would've rated it 5 stars if the price was a little lower, but you get what you pay for. Other cheaper meters are inaccurate and break very easily. I use this for filling my pool and pond (if I was really into gardening I could see it working for that too). It especially helps when I have to do a large fill and need to know how much chemical to add.
