The WM-NLD Series lead free water meter uses positive displacement as a method to accurately measure cold, potable water. It has a bottom load brass plate and the register can be replaced or repaired without moving the meter from the pipe. The easy to read display makes reading errors a thing of the past. In addition, all sizes can be installed in any direction (horizontal with the face up is always recommended if possible).
- Can be installed vertically or horizontally or on an angle

NOTE1: We used this meter instead of the one that normally comes in the Aquamonitor package (see comments below) because we needed a vertical mount - we could not easily adapt to a typical horizontal meter.
NOTE2: This meter works differently than most others (positive displacement method) so it makes a rather loud clacking noise as water flows through it. Not ideal if you need to place this close to an office or other area that requires quiet.
We coupled this meter with the Aquameter wireless computer that Flows sells, and it's doing a great job at tracking our hourly/daily facility water use so we can apply for a septic capacity increase. Normally the septic analysis requires reading the meter daily at the same time, but we don't have staff on site regularly enough to do so, so we couldn't collect required info to apply for an analysis. This combination finally collects the data the Sewage Enforcement Officer requires.
