The TPO series of flow meters from Flows.com are helical rotor flow meters. The helical rotor (in place of a standard vane turbine) allows the meter to maintain accuracy over a wider flow range and viscosity range. These meters provide a simple raw pulse output from a reed switch. They come standard with a 10 foot cable that has a connector tip to plug in to the ABC-2020 batch controller. If you will be using this with other electronics, you can simply cut the wire and use the 22-2 wires to connect it.
