282LF Series Lead Free Manual Ball Valves
The 282 Series Lead Free Ball Valves are full port, lead free brass, manual ball valves that conform to the new Lead Free regulations beginning in the US on Jan. 14, 2014. A variety of options including; Sizing from ½” to 2”, End connections in NPT Female and Solder and 4 handle types. Valve handles come in standard lever, Locking Lever, Lever with extension, or an Oval handle. The 282 Lead Free Series is optimally used in Commercial and Industrial applications where the valve might be in contact with a potable water source. Its’ sturdy construction protects against potential gas leakage under extreme uses, or low pressure applications. In addition, the valve is suitable for use up to 366°F.
